Great Hotel Stay

The front desk staff were cute. I had a huge, comfy bed with nice sheets and many pillows. The bathtub was very nice and the bathroom was spacious. A restaurant and bar had tasteful, interesting decor. The location worked. It was an 8 minute walk to the Duomo.
Communication was awful. The hotel don't answer phones and respond to emails late. A specific request was not accommodated. The room was far from the junior suite.

The hotel has a nice pool. The pool area includes many loungers and a shaded section. I saw the gym contained a treadmill, some stationary bikes, and free weights, letting me keep up with my exercise routine.

The location is very near the center. it is possible to walk to all the important places. the room was super clean. the quality of the sheets is top notch. a capsule coffee machine exists. This is a detail important for hygiene.
The hotel has an underground car park! the exit is steep. It is difficult to get in. i had a problem with my low vehicle. Especially a sports car, runs the risk of hitting the ground. the public areas look like a ghost hotel. There are hardly any staff.

the hotel's central location made it easy to explore. i found the limited parking to be a real bonus since i had my car. the check-in process was efficient and quick. the provided breakfast included many options.
I noted the steep exit from the underground car park. I think it could pose a challenge for low vehicles.
